BC Privacy Commissioner to release report on USA PATRIOT Act and outsourcing of personal information management

According to a press-release on the BCGEU website, the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia will be releasing his long-awaited -- and delayed -- report on the impact of the USA PATRIOT Act on the privacy of British Columbians' personal information.
