Incident: Tiscali in UK consumer data security breach

Tiscali, an ISP in the UK, has sent around a notice to its subscribers about a an inadvertent disclosure of some customers' personal information. The company rolled out a new service level and invited users to sign up at a special web page. Loggin in actually provided account information of other users.
