The Mercury News is reporting that personal information related to 5,000 clients and 700 past and present employees was stolen from the Children's Health Council in California. The organization works with emotionally-troubled and developmentally delayed children. The information included names, dates of birth, social security numbers, financial, healthcare and psychiatric information.
